Manildra Meat Company Establishment 87 is marketed domestically and globally for our premium lamb, beef, goatmeat and Fancy Meat products. Establishment #87 brand was developed to capitalise on our region – Cootamundra, in the Riverina, which is among the world’s best places for producing premium cattle and lambs. The open pastures of the South West Slopes of New South Wales are renowned as one of the most highly fertile and agriculturally diverse regions in Australia with abundant sunlight, a temperate climate and high rainfall.

Manildra Natural Beef

Manildra Natural Beef and Manildra Natural Beef Grass Fed Angus source premium high-quality beef, free from antibiotics and hormones, as nature intended from free-range cattle that have been raised on natural pastures in a stress-free environment. The result is tender, juicy beef.
By sourcing premium Grass fed Angus beef for our brands we guarantee that the beef is well-marbled, tender and moist. Grass fed Angus beef are pasture fed and finished guaranteeing healthier, nutritional red meat, with less fat. Manildra Meat Company’s Grass Fed Beef Quality Assurance Program is designed to provide assurance to customers that our meat labelled as Grass Fed, is able to be traced back to certifiable production methods that substantiate the Grass Fed Claim.
Our Manildra Natural Beef brands were developed together with our producers in the heart of the Riverina – Cootamundra – a highly productive region with a temperate climate and high rain fall. To assure the highest quality and complete customer service, our family-owned company of four generations has invested in world-leading research and state-of-the-art production facility.

Manildra Natural Lamb 

Manildra Natural Lamb sources the highest-quality lamb, which have been raised on natural pastures in the Cootamundra region, Riverina – a highly productive region with temperate climate and high-rain fall. We supply ‘paddock to plate’ naturally grown, high-quality lamb to consumers all year round. Our Manildra Premium Lamb is free of antibiotics and hormones.
