Manildra Meat Company’s multi-species plant is strategically located in Cootamundra, in the South West Slopes region of New South Wales, Australia.
The plant utilises state-of-the-art robotic engineering in various stages along both the lamb, cattle and goat processing lines. This technology enables precise cutting and slicing, which maximizes yield and efficiency – producing premium natural products, which guarantees compliance with customer requirements. There is processing capacity of 4,000 small stock and 200 head of cattle per day, employing close to 300 employees.
Manildra Meat Company partners with hundreds of local family-based producers with ties to the land for over four generations. Renowned as the “food bowl of Australia,” the Cootamundra region in the Riverina which is among the world’s best places for nurturing premium cattle and sheep.

The multi-species plant at Cootamundra is uniquely positioned in close proximity to farms, the production system and Sydney International Airport and Port – the gateway to global customers.
With export access to 160 countries, we supply a range of premium lamb and beef in chilled, frozen and whole carcass products domestically. These products are also exported internationally including Asia, the Middle East, Northern America and Pacific Islands. Manildra Meat Company also supplies leading Australian retailers and the food service industry with premium Australian beef, lamb and goatmeat products.
