Our multi-species plant processes prime lambs, side lambs, hogget, mutton, prime beef and cow beef. The fifth quarter is presented as red offal, white offal, bones, meat, meal, blood meal and tallow.

Manildra Group’s environmentally-friendly farm at Nowra, New South Wales, runs over 2000 head of cattle for Manildra Meat Company’s natural meat brands. The Manildra Natural Beef brand has been developed together with local producers to supply premium-quality grass-fed Angus product – all as natural as the rich countryside’s abundant sunlight and the frequent annual rainfall.
