Our Cootamundra plant is certified by many food safety, quality assurance and quality control systems including Aus-Meat, Meat Standards Australia, Meat Livestock Australia, Livestock Production Assurance, HACCP through SQF, Australian Certified Organic, Angus Verification Program, Halal certification (Supreme Islamic Council of Meat) – and our export programs operate in accordance with Australian Government Department of Agriculture.
