The production of our beef, lamb and goatmeat adheres to all AUS-MEAT and Meat Standards Australia (MSA) requirements and regulations.

AUS-MEAT is responsible for establishing and maintaining National Industry Standards for Meat Production and Processing. Developed by the Australian red meat industry and supported by Meat Livestock Australia; Meat Standards Australia improves the eating quality consistency of beef and lamb. The standards take into account all factors that affect eating quality from the paddock to the plate.
