Foodbank is a non-denominational, non-profit organisation which acts as a pantry to the charities and community groups who feed the hungry. It was first established in 1992 in NSW and now has a presence in every state and the Northern Territory with distribution centres in all state capitals as well as a number of regional centres. Last year alone, Foodbank provided enough food for over 40 million meals. Foodbank is a conduit between the food industry’s surplus food and the welfare sector’s need. See more at

Starlight Children's Foundation

Starlight’s Children’s Foundation’s mission is: “To brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families”. Starlight helps sick children forget their illness and re-discover the joy of childhood. Starlight believes there is more to treatment than medicine, and for 27 years in partnership with Australian health professionals, has worked to develop programs based on ‘positive psychology principles that support the total care of children and teens.’
